3. Design emails

For many companies it is important to have a visual design in all communication, and therefore it is not sure that you want to use the standard mails that comes with UBIDOGY.

As an example, then we have the standard email where users must sign a document. It looks roughly like this:

If you want to change that, then you can use the menu item, Email templates. You can find that under Company settings –> Design.

When you choose that, then you get a list of email templates for all languages available in Ubidogy.

If I want to change the design of the signaturemail in English, then I click Edit on the first line.

You can then customize the email, and you have the following tags you can add:

{subject}
{code}
{disclaimer}

You should not delete any of them, simply just move them around.

You can design all email templates as you want to.
