Why should you use ubidogy and not one of our competitors tools?
Bring your own storage
Wow…. You can store your documents on your own Azure storage, and that is really cool, because then only you have access to it if you decide to leave Ubidogy. We store both the documents AND the cryptographic information on your storage.
We work hard to deliver a great system, but should you decide to leave Ubidogy, then it is safe, and you can simply disconnect your storageaccount.
Simply just click Storage and Bring your own storage.
Multiple companies
When you signup for Ubidogy, then (depending on subscription) you can create as many companies as you want. A typical business owner in Denmark needs signing in for multiple legal entities, e.g. For their company, for their Mother company and privately.
Why should you have three different accounts for that? At ubidogy we think that is stupid, so we have created a model where you have all your companies in one place.
Sharing companies
You can invite other users to use your companies, and you can grant them permissions. It is free to create new users, so you can (without any extra cost), add your accounts, your lawyers, friends, coworks or whoever you decide to invite.
Then they can work with the companies documents.
It’s easy. You just click Invite user and then choose email and roles.
Save Manually signed documents
You can sign documents in Ubidogy, but sometimes you also have documents that are signed by hand (perhaps for many years ago), to have them in one place, we have made it possible to save documents without needing a signature.
Simply choose Upload documents in the Filemanager, and then you have uploaded the document(s):
Pricing
We do not use creditcard. You signup, and then you get an invoice. You have to pay for the usage of that you have used, but you can always cancel your subscription to the end of a quarter. You will then receive a final invoice at the end of that quarter, and then you are done.
Our pricing model is incremental, and we will change it (and inform you) when you have reach limits for the next level. You can always cancel when you reach a new level.
AI Document builder
AI Document builder is a great feature where you can create templates and then use them to send out documents for signing. It could be employee contracts, sales contracts and so on.
